You may use your points on anything in stock accept the following; Points are not to be used on special released items via Facebook, social media events, Pre-orders or distribution items. Purchases in which points are used are non-refundable. If you have not followed our points guidelines, you will kindly be notified :)
Woven wraps and carriers are often times purchased from manufacturers, a distributer, or another retailer; because of this, pricing may vary slightly retailer to retailer.
Pricing variances from retailer to retailer are due to the quantity ordered, US custom charges and fees, whether the item was purchased directly from the manufacturer or distributer, shipping fees, and payment processing fees.
Wrap Baby is friendly with other retailers and may help support each other’s clients by sending items to their store for purchase. Specific designs may be slightly higher in price to help recover shipping, processing, and stocking costs.
Wrap Baby Boutique loves to be competitive and does offer price matching "prior to purchase only."
We ask that you provide us with a site link to the item you have found, so we can then evaluate the cost we have into the specific item you are inquiring about.
Please keep in mind that there are limited retailers that have the wraps and carriers that we have to offer here in the U.S. So, be sure to check the country of origin, because most are not posted in U.S. dollars.
Another common occurrence is that a retailer may have a price for a particular item that appears lower, however, it is shown to be "out of stock". Depending on the ecommerce store that is used for their products, pricing does not always reflect the appropriate size for the item that is “out of stock”. Most baseline prices that are visible are the lowest starting price which commonly translates to the smallest size that is available or that was once available.

IN TRANSIT & FACEBOOK RELEASES
"In Transit and Facebook Releases" are usually found on our Facebook pages within a post offering our guests first dibs to a special wrap or carrier that is on it's way. Many times we offer a draw via Facebook or to our website subscribers. We may even explain to message us if you are interested so that we can set up a reservation for you.
Both types of releases mentioned above strictly adhere to the following policy:
1. Available for purchase with a full payment (Occasionally for 50% down)
2. Non-refundable, however, may be exchangeable.
a. These are special releases we advertise on our page that have been offered to us by our wonderful designers. Often times we have many clients wanting one of these releases and the designer allows us "a few more" after our current number has been sold out. When this happens we order and pay for your wrap and/or carrier. On occasion, a change in inventory availability can happen between the time of order and shipment. This happens when an artist/designer oversells by mistake or find more 2nds and 3rd qualities in their batch than anticipated. If quantities change prior to us receiving them, you will be offered a full refund or you may still reserve the wrap for it's next release.
When a designer offers us this option, it is a privilege. These orders can take time. Please be patient with us so, we can continue to offer these releases.
CODE -> PREORDER
Pre-Orders are special wraps offered prior to release date from the wrap manufacturer. This is when a manufacturer gives us "the retailer" permission to pre-sale a wrap. This allows for all that are interested to have the opportunity to order a wrap before it makes it to the shop and is sold out. Pre-Orders do require patience.
If you would like to pre-order a wrap "soon to be released into the world", you may do so at check out by applying our pre-order code upon check out. This code will allow you to place a 50% deposit. This deposit is NOT refundable under any circumstance with the exception of insufficient stock after the designer has shipped their last pre-order shipment to us.
Once we have been notified that your item has been shipped to us and is on it's way, you are responsible to pay the remaining portion of your order, if you haven't done so already. You will have 7 business days to pay for your item in full.
If you are unable to pay for your item or decide to cancel you will lose your deposit. You are allowed to transfer or sell your pre-order at your discretion. If you will be transferring your pre-order you MUST notify us immediately. The same rules apply to the new pre-order guest and will be effective immediately. Your guest must also contact us during this time.
Please remember, pre-orders are ordered just for you! This is the reason for our policy.
There are some cases where an item may arrive during a 2nd or 3rd shipment rather than the 1st. This is very common and does not support a valid circumstantial cancellation.
We have had requests for tracking information from our suppliers, in which we do not allow. Please understand that we want to keep our shipments as discreet as possible for the safety of each individuals purchase.
SPECIAL ORDERS/DISTRIBUTION ORDERS
Wrap Baby does offer special orders "with exception of Tula." Special Orders require a full payment and are non-refundable. Distribution orders may take and additional 5-10 business days for out of country orders. *Please check your item upon arrival. We are not responsible for inconsistences and oversights after our 14 day return policy. We are not responsible for damage, flaws, shrinkage or stretching after an item has been washed, worn, braided or used in any manner. We check our items, however, we are human and may miss something. We ask you to please read over your enclosed document on "Woven Wraps," for verification on what is normal and what is NOT. You can also find descriptions HERE. (<-Coming Soon)
We sometimes receive a returned wrap only to find there was nothing wrong with it. This will not classify for a return and your wrap will be held here until you are able to pay to have it shipped back or choose to start the return process.
**Pre-Orders, Special Orders, Layaways, Promoted, Facebook and In Transit purchases are excluded from our return policy as they have their own policies.
Demo and Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges
We strive to make you and your baby happy, therefore we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the original date of purchase.
1. Regardless of the circumstance, we do not refund any form of shipping charges.
2. Your item cannot shows signs of wear. If your item has been worn, washed, Ironed, pressed, show signs of animals or heavy smells it will NOT be eligible for a refund.
3. Each item must be returned with original packaging, bag, tags, instructions, and documents still attached ( if applicable). If you are missing one or more of these items, you may not qualify for a refund.
4. "Gifts with purchase" must be returned along with your item, otherwise the gifts full retail value will be subtracted from your refund. This includes special promotions in which one wrap, carrier, or sling was free with purchase. Everything must be returned with the item you are returning.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT
Please email us at email@example.com to inform us you’d like to return your item.
This way we can expect it and can expedite your return.
1. Please be sure that you contact us first before returning your item, so that we know to expect its arrival and to ensure you are approved for a return.
2. If your refund is approved there will be associated fees.
3. Your item must NOT show signs of wear or tear and must be in pristine condition. This includes fragrance. If you return has any medium-strong odor, you will have the option to either pay to have your item shipped back to you or get a refund minus your $5 processing fee, 5% restocking fee, along with a 40% dry vent clean fee.
4. Products that have been worn, have missing documents, tags, and packaging, will be subject to a 60% restocking fee and $5 processing fee.
5. Our shipping costs will be deducted from your return.
6.You will receive your remaining refund within 3-5 days of approval. Processing these approvals may take 2-3 business days once item has arrived to us.
7. Please note* shipping & insurance costs are generally more than what you pay during check out. Because of this, shipping your return to us will not be refunded, nor will your original shipping charge.
Layaway ~ May be canceled. Deposits and payments will not be refunded.
Pre-Order ~ May be canceled. Deposits and payments will not be refunded.
Regular Purchase ~ May be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase or prior to fulfillment. If your item has been fulfilled you will be refunded less shipping fees.
Because we currently use PayPal for check out, please make sure you provide us with the email address that is linked to your PayPal account.
REFUNDS VIA CREDIT CARD AND PAYPAL may take 3-7 business days to show back onto your card. You may receive a notice stating your refund is pending.
